Valuations Steve Butler is a registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Types of properties valued include houses and flats, industrial and warehouse units, offices, shops, land, and yards. Capital valuations and rental valuations can be prepared for both landlords and tenants interests, with or without vacant possession.
