Philosophy

The main advantages of dealing with my practice are:
Personal service: Tailored service to suit you. I only have a limited number of clients to ensure that the level of service is maintained. Telephone calls from clients or potential clients are always welcome.
Professionalism: The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the ensure the practice complies with exacting standards These bodies require that I keep up to date with property matters, maintain audited clients accounts, professional indemnity insurance and a formal complaints procedure.
Access: Property matters can be very worrying. You can invariably telephone me between 9.00 am and 8.00 pm seven days per week. If you have a problem or don't understand something please feel free to call.
Rapid response: I can invariably visit you same day or next day, at the office or home.

I have thirty years experience in the surveying and property management industry.

For the past twenty years Steve has run his own practice of Chartered Surveyors including:
Property surveys and valuations,
Commercial and residential property management
Commercial and residential sales and lettings.
Expert report and valuations for use in court for a wide range of purposes including Matrimonial, Defect Reports, Boundary Disputes.

I also has considerable hands on experience of refurbishing a wide range of residential property of all ages from the Victorian era to present day. This hands on experience gives a great understanding of how the normally hidden parts buildings of various ages function and methods of construction and repair.

Building Surveying, Residential and Valuation Divisions.

Accredited Home Inspector

Domestic and Level 4 Non Domestic Energy Assessor

University of Warwick HHSRS Practitioners Certificate for (HHRSR) Housing Health and Safety Rating System.
